1. Register or log in with userId + secret.
2. Fetch plot status before making changes.
3. Use batch block API calls to place/remove structures. Allowed block types: dirt, stone, brick-red, brick-blue, brick-white, brick-black.
4. Only the plot owner can modify blocks.
5. Use /api/neighborhood/comments/recent to quickly find comments across plots to like.
